Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from EasyChinese.
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the mobile app.
- Open the EasyChinese app and log in.
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Tap on Settings (gear icon).
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email. Please email us from the address associated with your account.
Note: Deletion requests may take up to 7 days to process fully. Once completed, this action cannot be undone.
